Kick-off workshop

Date and time: Wednesday 12 June 2024, 9:30am - 1:00pm

Location: Manhari Room (Room 7212), Level 7, Melbourne Connect (Building 290), 700 Swanston Street, Carlton VIC 3053

The kick-off workshop is the first stakeholder engagement activity of this project. The aim of the workshop is to increase the dialogue across stakeholders about electric vehicle (EV) charging access challenges of renters and multi-unit dwelling residents (target users).

The objectives of the kick-off workshop are:

  • To create a shared understanding of the challenges faced by target users in accessing EV charging,
  • To gain insights on the ongoing, planned, and other necessary interventions and opportunities to address the target users’ challenges; and
  • To establish research agendas jointly with policymakers, practitioners, and consumer advocates.

The workshop provides stakeholders a platform to gather, exchange experiences, and learn from one another's practices.
