This project aims to strengthen the adaptability of small and medium-sized enterprises to rapid and unpredictable market and supply chain fluctuations by developing an affordable, AI-powered enterprise resource planning system with multi-warehouse capabilities. In doing so, it will support broader industrial development and contribute to national economic growth.
Project details
This project addresses the growing need for more sustainable and efficient supply chains, especially for small and medium-sized businesses in Australia. These businesses often face challenges like limited budgets, long transport distances, and outdated single-warehouse models. Current inventory practices do not account for local buying patterns or seasonal changes, leading to delays and waste. To tackle this, we will improve an existing system by adding smart, AI-based tools that predict demand in real time and manage stock across multiple warehouse locations. This practical and affordable solution will help Australian businesses reduce costs, respond faster to market changes, and stay competitive in both local and global markets.
