We reviewed Australian state and territory EV strategies and action plans against our previously developed EV charging capabilities framework, providing insights into the overall accessibility of EV charging for the private fleet in the country.
We also examined residential EV charging-related legislation and guidelines relevant for renters and multi-unit dwelling (MUD) residents using a case study of Victoria (VIC) to demonstrate the nuanced challenges in improving charging access for charging disadvantaged users.
